The Measures for the Pilot Program of Securities Investment in China by RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors, as deliberated and adopted at the 28th Chairman's Executive Meeting of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on February 17, 2013, the 2nd Governor's Executive Meeting of the People's Bank of China on February 26, 2013 and the 2nd Director's Executive Meeting of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on February 21, 2013 are hereby issued, and shall come into force on the date of issuance.
