MOFCOM and GACC Announcement No.12 of 2017

To execute No. 2321 Resolution of the United Nations Security Council, the import of coal from North Korea (including the coal which the customs have accepted the declaration, but whose discharge formalities have not been gone through) this year will be suspended in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and the MOFCOM and GACC Announcement No.81 of 2016.

This Announcement shall take effect as of February 19, 2017 and be valid until December 31, 2017.
